A seamless and efficient sponsorship process
Employing skilled workers from overseas requires business to become an Approved Sponsor – and
that’s something we can support you with, every step of the way. Australian employers have two

- Demonstrate a genuine need for a skilled overseas worker.
- Provide evidence of financial viability (e.g. BAS, payroll summaries).
- Commit to paying the market salary rate and meeting the TSMIT ($76,515 from 1 July 2025).
To be eligible, a business must:
- Demonstrate genuine labour shortages (with evidence of local recruitment attempts, and consultation from industry bodies).
- Show the business is financially viable and compliant.
- Be in a sector aligned with an eligible agreement (e.g. agriculture, meat processing, regional industries).
